Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered if:
You receive a damaged or defective product.
You receive an incorrect product.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.
The product packaging is tampered with or opened upon delivery.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details and clear photographs of the product.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Damaged or defective products.
Incorrect items delivered.
Orders cancelled by Svarnika due to product unavailability.
Eligible return requests approved after verification.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
