Order Cancellation

 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy

  • Product missing from the order

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or proof of the issue.

Once the request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor packaging variations
Return Process
